Background:

Glorious Brands are the fastest growing UK beauty products specialists, marketing and distributing beauty brands from around the world. Growing very quickly, they found themselves in a position where they had to bring their team together for the first time. They wanted their first event to look professional and needed our help to do that.

The brief:

Glorious Brands had a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve and had selected the venue themselves. They were looking for an experienced partner to help them bring their vision of the event to life, someone who would remove the structural and logistical challenges of the conference – allowing them the owners to focus on their team. In reality they wanted a really professional looking event that ran smoothly from start to finish.

The solution:

We created a conference environment that was inclusive and welcoming, not overtly technical and corporate.

We took the standard meeting and turned it into an attractive and comfortable space that reflected their brand personality allowing the colleagues to both present effectively but also allowed discussion and feedback throughout.

We provided a simple but very effective AV package that allowed them to showcase their products and their strategy and structure without being overpowering.  A small team of technicians seamlessly ran the show allowing the team to focus on their delivery.

Having been given their core content – we developed a stunning visual theme for their content that complimented their brand.
