Purple Patch were proud to work with Agrimetrics for the first public launch of three revolutionary new products – Field Facts, Field Trends and Field Forecast on May 17th 2018.
David Flanders, Chief Executive of Agrimetrics said “Together, we have a great opportunity for UK farmers and agrifood businesses to lead the way in delivering global food solutions. I urge the food and farming sector to seize this moment to drive radical new sustainable solutions for food and farming.”
David’s response to the event: “A truly stunning event, yesterday. I could see that it really helped the Agrimetrics team realise what a significant endeavour they are involved in and I think a lot of the attendees were blown out of the water by the opening video – I’m sure many of them won’t have expected, or indeed, seen, such a professional and stall-setting start to an ‘Agri-Tech’ event. Same time next year?”
Key ROI criteria was targeted at generating genuine interest and customer leads. Debbie Beaton, AgriFood Consultant to Agrimetrics, responded by saying “The quality of the end result, is a credit to you and your team. It was a great success – we now need twice as many people to deal with the potential leads”
The Crystal provided the perfect backdrop for the launch. Siemens opened the Crystal in 2012 as a global hub for debate on sustainable living and development. Since opening, over 100,000 people each year have visited the interactive exhibition and it has become the world’s most visited exhibition showcase on urban sustainability. Interestingly it has 70% less CO2 emissions than comparable offices in the UK and has a £0 heating bill!
