A brilliant event requires constant collaboration. And when Christian Aid and Islamic Relief awarded us the brief for their Faith and Development Conference, we knew that partnership was going to be a key element for success.
Acting as consultants for the conference, we ran weekly meetings and devised a comprehensive project plan that gave them simple actions at every stage. We made sure we were always available for check-ins, and helped the client reach each project milestone on time and on budget.
This was the first conference of its kind for the two organisations, with delegates and speakers from all over the world. So it was a genuine honour to be involved in the process, and a proud moment to see the event unfold so neatly on the day.
