Our Role:

Sourced the venue, managed the invite process, managed caterers, managed all third party payments, designed event look & feel, printed all branding, designed & created presentations, shot 19 short films, stage & set build on the day, all audio visual requirements, venue & delegate insurance, managed rehearsals, registered guests on site, badge delegates, liaised with all speakers ahead of the event, pre-event rehearsals, show call on the day.
