Saffron Housing Association, based in Norwich manages a portfolio of around 6,000 properties and provides social housing to tenants facing a variety of social challenges. To ensure the business remained relevant and effective, a new business strategy had been developed and was now ready to be implemented. Saffron needed to introduce the new strategy to the internal team helping to drive their understanding of their role in its success.
Our initial briefing discussion revealed that leadership dynamics had led to a feeling of uncertainty across the internal team and to ensure that the new strategy was implemented with focus and enthusiasm the internal team needed to be re-engaged.The Strategy Launch Day represented an opportunity to re-energising and re-focussing the team, encouraging them to not only understand and support the new strategy but to embrace it and be motivated to make a difference.
A dedicated approach was required that would help Saffron structure the day, create the most effective content to capture the hearts and minds of this critical internal audience.
To ensure the event was in full support of the business objectives, we approached the event as an internal engagement day.

We led the management team through the content development process including concept development, full scripting, design and production to create powerful presentation materials and a series of films that captured the audience’s imaginations, clearly articulated the strategy and encouraged buy-in from the internal team.
Managing delivery from start to finish ensured a stress-free development process, seamless flow and faultless event production on the day, which assured the management team and allowed them to focus solely on their role in the event.
