Located opposite Westminster Abbey in the heart of Westminster, the QEII Centre is one of London’s leading conference and events venues. With 32 rooms across seven floors and a total capacity of up to 2,500, it suits conferences, conventions, exhibitions, award ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, dinners, receptions and product launches.
The Third Floor is the largest space, combining the Fleming, Whittle and Britten rooms across 2,142m² with double height windows overlooking the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Fleming and Whittle combined hold 1,300 theatre style, 930 for a dinner and 1,200 for a reception.
The Churchill on the ground floor seats up to 700 theatre style with a slightly raked floor and built-in stage, suited to conferences, award ceremonies and product launches. The Mountbatten on the sixth floor seats 410 theatre style, 384 for dinner and 500 for a reception, with the Cambridge included for breakouts and networking.
Medium spaces on the second, fourth and fifth floors accommodate up to 300 guests. Twelve small rooms accommodate between 8 and 42 guests. Catering is provided by the in-house team, QEII Taste.
Westminster and St James’s Park underground stations are a short walk away, with Victoria and Waterloo within easy reach.
Purple Patch Group, a corporate event management company, has previously worked with the QEII Centre as part of a wider network of London venues.
